Hey, what happened to your darling family photo you had up the other day?! You should take that and add it as your head image. That way, it will be up on your page for all to see when they come visit your blog!
Log In > Layout > Add a Gadget > Picture > Browse from your PC > Save
Then on the layout you can position across the top, save it and view it. It should work and if nothing else you should at least see what it looks like!
